Most tech problems do not need anyone in the room. For the ones that do, we keep on-site visits local so we can actually get to you.
Remote support
Anywhere in the UK
Often just a phone call talking you through a fix. When a secure screen share genuinely helps, we ask first, you stay in control, and nothing is left installed afterwards. Usually sorted the same day.
On-site visits
Teesside & surrounding area
In person at your home or business, for setup work, network jobs, or anything easier to sort with someone actually there. Currently covering the following towns and the areas around them.
