This policy explains what information Roseberry IT collects through BlueDevLabs Ltd ("we", "us"), the company that runs this website, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the message you send. This is used only to reply to you and to deliver any IT support you go on to ask for. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.

Bot protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out automated spam. Turnstile runs a check in your browser and shares limited technical data, such as your IP address, with Cloudflare for that purpose. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Nothing on the site tracks you between visits, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, page requested, and timestamp) for a short period, used only to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep information

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any support that follows from it, and for as long as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to any legal requirement to keep it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office .

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
