Most home IT problems are not complicated, they are just confusing when nobody explains them properly. We talk you through what has gone wrong, fix it, and leave you knowing a bit more than when we started.
Remote support does not always mean we take control of your computer. Often it is a phone call talking you through a fix. When a screen share genuinely helps, we will ask first, and you stay in control throughout. For anything that needs a hand in person, or if you would simply rather have someone in the room, we visit across Teesside.
We repair desktop PC hardware, a faulty part swapped, more storage or memory added, that sort of thing, and can supply keyboards, mice and other basic peripherals if you need them. Laptops and phones are a different matter, their screens and internals need specialist parts and tools we do not carry, so for those we will say so honestly and point you towards someone who can help.
